Prayer creates listening leaders. It prevents vision from becoming ambition. Fasting disrupts the comfort that often dulls discernment. Together, they recalibrate the church so that it does not chase trends but follows God.
When vision is healthy, the church no longer reacts to circumstances. It interprets them. Problems become invitations. Setbacks become signposts. The sound of the church changes from confusion to coherence.
